(Senior) Manager – Finance Effectiveness, (Cloud) ERP Systems
Our client is a growing finance and accounting advisory firm, part of an international group, that supports listed, private-equity-backed and venture-funded companies across the whole CFO agenda. In this role you'll work on finance and controlling projects, helping clients select, design and implement (cloud) ERP systems as part of wider finance transformations.
What you'll do
- Define target finance IT landscapes and the requirements for clients' finance systems
- Select suitable (cloud) ERP systems and advise on finance data structures such as steering models, cost and profit centres, charts of accounts and master data
- Advise on accounting topics during implementation, such as revenue recognition, parallel accounting and intercompany processes
- Design and optimise finance processes and interfaces
- Lead projects, sub-projects or workstreams in complex finance transformations, including testing, cut-over, migration or PMO
- Own client relationships with finance and management decision-makers
- Lead and develop teams, and support business development and proposals
What you'll bring
- Degree in business, business informatics, industrial engineering or similar
- Several years in consulting, audit or a finance or IT function in industry
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes and experience of finance or ERP transformations
- Experience selecting or implementing ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, Workday or Oracle
- Experience in testing, cut-over, migration or PMO
- Experience leading projects and teams
- Very good German and English, and a confident manner with clients
